Pricing was good.  Electrical subs were good.  Quality of bathroom work is just OK. 
Contractor applied chipped and broken tiles.  Hid or tried to hide consequential damages such as misplaced vent hole (left 4 inch hole in side of house. Hidden by siding   Clear lack of professionalism and respect for customers well being.   Shower stall drainage is questionable.  Time line of project was completely unacceptable.  What was to take 6-8 weeks took over 4.5 months.
You get what you pay for.  Bargain price = bargain product or even less. Save yourself a hassle and move on......

I will never use them again.  The crew men were good but their bosses were a bunch of useless guys. They broke my neighbour?s window with their ladder.  There is no way that they could have insulated the second floor. I had the little radar guns that one sticks to the walls to check the temperature and there is no way that they insulated both upstairs and downstairs.  My husband was out there, I do not know what they told him, but I believe that they tricked him to believe that they did upstairs too.  I don?t believe that they have insulated the upstairs because first of all they would have to take the metal awning off from the front door way in order to insulate the upstairs.  They did not remove the awning. I know for a fact that they did not do the upstairs because he complained that the ladder was not sitting right on the right hand side of the house and he was afraid his men would get hurt because they did not have scaffolding.  His boss would not supply scaffolding.  So I told him that since he has not done that portion of the house he should discount the price. He gives me a $100 off.  I will never use them again. I even kept their card so that I would know whom not to use in the future. How can you pull wool over seniors?  My husband is 80 years old and because of his age I do a lot of this stuff and I have no choice.  I think what they did is really bad.   If you are not able to do the second floor because one side of it needs scaffolding and you don?t have scaffolding, tell me.  Give me a better price than what you have given me.  Not 100 bucks. I figure that divide the price by 8.  Four sides of the house times two is eight. If you have not done one eighth of the house you should reduce me by one eighth of the price.  They did not do the whole top floor either.  The only good thing is that they fixed my neighbour?s window.  I had to call them ones on it too.  Their team manager took the measurement and all that stuff and went back and said that they would do it by Friday. Come Monday still no window so I called them and they came out only by Wednesday or Thursday to fix it.  It took four days longer. I would not recommend them to anybody.
