The work was way over-charged, especially the new porch floor, railings & steps: they charged $16,900 for this part of the job, did not put any sealant on the wood, and the wood was not of good quality...the porch started to deteriorate about 3 months after the job was completed.
There is also a huge leak in the portion of the roof where the peaked roof meets the flat roof. It is the result of the siding not being put on properly & it is pulling away from the house. It started leaking 4 months after the job was completed... They also failed to put the hooks on the gutters and spouts, so they are pulling away from the house and causing water to pond around the foundattions of the house... My husband passed away from Leukemia in 2006, and I believe these contractors took advantage of my age and because my husband was not there..
