Awful. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We hired them in June 2017 to install a new A/C unit and hot water heater. They didn't show up multiple times and cancelled on short notice multiple times. A week after installing the hot water heater we found water leaking from a pipe that was installed incorrectly (which they tried to blame on us and charged us more for the part). They didn't pull permits for any of the work until 5 months after it was "complete". (They also lied and told us we had the permits prior to starting work!) After failing inspection 3 times we hired a different contractor in May 2018 to fix their mess. Stay away! Awful communication, condescending office staff and poor ownership.

The quality of the work turned out great. The only thing that I think he could improve on was his responsiveness in getting back with us; it did take a little bit of time but he did get back with us.
