They are mindful of the fact that you have pets. If you have pets and if your pet is outside and if it's going to run away, they will definitely take care and help you and let you know that they're going to go back, so you can retrieve your pet or secure them. They're very good with that. Most of them are Hispanic and sometimes difficult to talk to. They kind of understand. If you point to different things, they'll take care of it. But, to ask questions beyond that, you really need to talk to Alan. You have to keep reminding them to go to areas that they should go to to trim.
