My AC unit stopped working and I called Temperature Masters. They sent someone and said my capacitor needed changing which he proceeded to change. After changing the capacitor, the AC unit worked again but the fan did not work. He suggested that I replaced the fan which would cost $1250 as option 1 but he also suggested that we change the entire ACT unit and gave me a quote for $6500. I told him I will think about it and called another company to get a second opinion. This new company came over and changed the capacitor but this time, the fan worked. Be careful out there. There are some shady individual.

Temperature Masters has been our go-to company for several years. I called them early Saturday morning when I realized the heating was not working. I did not expect to speak with someone but sure enough, Gus answered the call and said a technician would be at our house in a few hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Santiago provided us the same day with our available options and we decided to go with a new unit. He also provided us with great information on financing and rebates available through PSE&G. The company handled all the paperwork for the financing and I only had to sign the contract. Two days later, the new unit was installed and is working perfectly. The technicians and staff at Temperature Masters are always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling service or equipment needs you have.

They checked the system and found that everything is good besides some refrigerant that needs to be added but that was not the case. I had to hire another pro to fix the real problem because Temperature Masters, LLC was going to charge me for another service call to come and find out what the real problem is.

I wanted to install a split AC System in my house and I received quotes from 5 local AC dealers, I decided to go with the Tempeture Masters. Their salesperson (Santiago Francisco) was the most professional, most knowledgeable and provided the most detailed quote with pages of info documenting the equipment and the installation process and what would be covered. The price was very comparable with other dealers but for much higher quality /efficient unit and much better warranty. Installation went great. Temperature Masters is very profesional and polite and knowledgeable workers. I would highly recommend Temperature Masters for purchase and installation split AC system.

Very happy with the customer service, price, promptness and knowledgeable replacement of my oil burning furnace to gas fired boiler. Ivan, the customer rep. and Daniel and his installation crew were all prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. (They even fixed my basement bannister just to be nice! ) They cleaned up well after the job and made sure I knew how to work my new thermostat and acquainted me with the furnace. I had 4 estimates (flood damage ð ) and they were very competitive and reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again
