Precision Snow Plowing & Snow Shoveling

I called and immediately spoke with someone. I explained what I needed: snow removal in a residential driveway. This week's snow storm was dense and icy, so of course it's going to be a challenge - if it was easy, I wouldn't have been looking for a contractor to take care of it. The gentleman who answered my call explained that it could not be done with his equipment. I understand, and am not judging based on this. My complaint is that he was rude. He cut me off mid-sentence several times, and was extremely brusque. I didn't get the impression he had any interest in my business, so I certainly won't be contacting him again for future needs.

The contractor was available by phone or in person to listen to me and answer any questions that I had.

Once the job started I was able to make changes like moving the shed from one end of the property to the other.

The contractor negotiated successfully with the owners of the property behind me to use their property and bring the fill and topsoil through their property by truck into the pool area. This saved my yard from the damage a truck loaded with dirt going a great distance across my lawn many times would do.

They worked neatly and left the site possibly neater and cleaner than when they started.

After the last payment was completed and all inspection was done, the owner Dominick was kind enough to return to my house with a giant tarp to cover the newly planted grass seed to keep it from being washed away by a severe rainstorm.
