I was outraged and called the company directly. I was never able to speak to anyone. They kept making up names of people that work there. I left a message and called back three times with no results. It was like the Visa commercial with the Russian guy pretending to be Peggy.
In New Jersey a Locksmith needs to be licensed by the State. After some research I found out they are not a licensed locksmith with the State of New Jersey.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!
