New Brunswick locksmith

A verbal quote of approximately $63.00 was given.  A "technician" promptly show up in a regular mini van (not a company car), and he did not have a shirt or hat or anything that identified him to be with this company.  He quickly drilled a hole for the dead bolt, installed a new lock and the dead bolt.  Total time approximate 15 minutes.  Then presented a bill for $378.  ($29 for the service call, $150 to drill the hole, $75 for each lock and $24 tax)

I was outraged and called the company directly.  I was never able to speak to anyone. They kept making up names of people that work there.  I left a message and called back three times with no results.  It was like the Visa commercial with the Russian guy pretending to be Peggy.

In New Jersey a Locksmith needs to be licensed by the State.  After some research I found out they are not a licensed locksmith with the State of New Jersey.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!
