On Jan. 7,2013 a Nastus Brothers service man spent three hours in my basement to clear a blocked sewer Line that was causing a backup in the toilet. I was told the blockage was cleared and I paid $379.85 for the service. The toilet continued to "gurgle" after
the service man left. On Jan. 15 I called Nastus Brothers again and reported the same backup problem with the same toilet. I stated that I did not want the service man from the first call (Leo) to come again. At 7:30am on Jan. 15 Nastus service man "Phil" snaked the same line
and reported that he cleared a clog in the line. The line and the toilet both ran free. Phil left at 9:00am. I received a bill for $280.88 for the
second call. When I called to complain to the owner, Anthony Nastus, that this second bill was not justified, since the same line was allegedly cleared eight days earlier, at a cost of $379.95, and they should stand behind their work, neither he nor anyone else would take my

wife and I are the only occupants of the home and no diapers or other foreign objects went into our system. I believe I should not have to
pay $280.88 to complete a job I already paid for due to the lack of professional skill by the first serviceman. Nastus should stand behind their work. I have paid the second invoice in order to insure my perfect credit rating. I would like a refund of $280.88 from Nastus Brothers.

"Received service call from Member on January 7th 2013 stating that the sewer line overflowed in basement. Invoice #3703-123453 upon arrival technician open clean out on floor in basement and found water sitting in clean out and proceeded to snake the clean out to street. Technician pulled out sediments once water was cleared from clean out on floor technician proceeded to check drains, flush toilets and ran shower technician advice customer he pulled back sediments from clean out on floor to street. Received service call from Member on January 14th 2013 stating when taking a shower there was a backup in downstairs toilet and the call was schedule for January 15th invoice #3703-123503 Phil was advised to check the clean out on the floor in the basement first (because of prior service call). Upon arrival Phil check the clean out on floor in the basement and found it to be clear Phil proceeded to check the 4’inch drain stack to the 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms and found water sitting and clogged Phil proceeded to snake the 4” drain stack it cleared prior to reaching the clean out, Phil still proceed to run snake though stack to clean out to make sure of no other clogs. Phil had customer run water and Phil also ran tubs, sinks and flushed toilets no problem found. In conclusion these are (2) different issues invoice #3703-123453 was billed due to complaint of seer line overflowing in basement which was cleared and left in working order and invoice #3703-123503 was billed due to complaint of when showering there would be a backup in the downstairs toilet which was determine that the 4’inch drain stack was clogged therefore one complaint does not correspond with the other and therefore it’s a chargeable service call. This was explained to Member on January 21st, 23rd and 24th 2013 by Nastus bros., Inc. has been in business for 34 years and has always been a loyal business in our community."

The price quoted(and charged) was better the any of the other companies I called. They were very professional. Scheduled a date and showed up on time! Courteous, clean professional work. I asked for a specific brand of attic fan and they got it for me. Since the right color top was not available they painted it the right color. They did go the distance....I highly recommend them.

Carmine was extremely knowledgeable and laid out all our options during his estimate. Crew was skilled, personable, showed up on time and got the job done within two of the hottest days of the summer. Both heating and A/C work great with uniform air temperature control for all areas of our home.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN IT, THEY GOT THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
