I have been attending this class for several years, and have taken some ballet barre at this studio. Several of the company members/teachers formerly performed with the American Repertory Ballet. Lustig Dance Theatre performances are very creative, modern, and enjoyable for both dance enthusiasts and people with no experience in dance appreciation. I previously studied ballet, jazz, and modern dance for many years, and find the training at this studio very good at all levels. They also offer health and wellness days on such things as massage, yoga, etc.
Jennifer Cavanaugh teaches the Pilates class. She is a former company member who took the full Pilates training course in Manhattan, and is also now a registered nurse. She is knowledgeable and supportive, and her class is popular.
Peggy Petteway is a current company member and teaches excellent ballet classes at various levels.
