Pest control is a process, and depending on the level of activity, may require several attempts to resolve - especially when dealing with the pests you were noticing. This is why we stress to our customers to take advantage of our free re-treatments between quarterly services, as a way to combat persistent pest issues. Here at Insight, we focus on Integrated Pest Management, meaning that we do our best to minimize our product usage to only areas of concern, rather than blindly spraying chemicals throughout the entirety of your home. We look for conducive conditions, make recommendations for our customers to follow in order to eliminate those conditions, and apply our products in a way to best use science and nature to our advantage - all to intelligently control and deter pests. We understand and appreciate your desire to have your concerns resolved. We feel as if we have put forth the effort to make that happen by making several offers for free re-treatments, which you have declined. We are sorry to hear that you were still seeing ants after your initial service, and understand how frustrating that can be. Our treatments are designed to flush out the pests from their hiding places, have them come into contact with our products. For ants, the products get distributed through the colony, and will greatly reduce the population. This process can take several days, which is why we ask that you generally wait 10-14 days for the products to take full effect. However, sometimes this process can take more than one treatment, depending on the size of the ant population, and other factors. This is why we offer free retreatments, to take care of issues."
