I have been using Insight Pest for about 21/2 years. They are clean and respect your home. Recently after having some outside work performed by a contractor around my porch, I noticed I had little ants arrive over night. I called Insight and they immediately sent out my technician, Keisha, who carefully observed the area to see where the problem initiated from and the made a well thoughtout plan to remedy the problem. Needless to say, the next day, no more ants. She baited the entire area in question and it’s been a month without another issue. Keisha takes the time to review my complaints, analysis the problem, then inspect the entire area in and around my home before implementing a plan. I think she is a “bug ninja” when it comes to performing her job. It’s so amazing to watch her work and the entire team Mitch has are awesome. The best part is when you ask a question, they give you an educated answer coupled with so much knowledge. I would highly recommend Insight Pest. When she came out this week for my three month service, she did her usual thorough inspection and treatment plan.

To win my business I was offered promotional price in May'2017. From may till October , I had about 4-5 service. I am still having ant, rat issue continuously. Every time when we call , customer service assures to take care problem but they don't. After frustration I gave contract to other company. Now this guys are chasing me for full price. What a Shame!!! I don't recommend to any one!!!

The service was unreliable. The only thing I could count on was getting a bill each quarter. My big problem was ants in the spring time and they were not able to control the ants. I later found out the ants were coming in my my deck off the kitchen and they never treated the deck. The ant problem was finally resolved by another contractor and I will never use Insight Pest Solutions again. This did not stop them from coming every quarter and I continued to pay them until they came unannounced in November of 2017. I never authorized them to treat my property in November but they continue to call and harass me for payment. I am no longer under contract and refuse to pay because I did not authorize their visit and if paid they will continue to come out and treat my property when I haven't authorized their service or even need their service. This company has very aggressive tactics and are very hard to stop even after the contract has expired. They claim that if they call to schedule and they don't hear back from you they have an agreement. This practice is unscrupulous and need to be stopped immediately.

They do good work. They are very professional and they had good information about what they were doing. They are professional and they take care of everything. We had some mice problems, they came and they installed the mouse traps around the attic and basement, they did a thorough job.

Luxene Gerard the srevice technician arrived on time and was extremely polite and courteous. He listened to the issue I was having and resolved it immediately. He was efficient and he also completed an outside inspection while he was here. Insight Pest is reliable and since I have used them the bug and rodent issues have been addressed and I am a much happier homeowner.

I discussed the pest activity with the technician as he wanted to know if there are any specific issues to take care in service. Insight technician Mr. Luxene Gerard was very friendly. He talked through the process and helped me understand the approach and preventive measures to stop/control the pest. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to provide the best possible service that I can have from Insight. Insight is always very professional in their service and solutions. Insight have very good professional technicians and I found Mr. Luxene Gerard very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would prefer to have Mr. Luxene do the service again next time.

Patrick was on time and asked me of any areas of concern that I will wanted addressed during the treatment. He explained everything before he got started, provided some non-treatment preventative tips, and he took his time and was very thorough. This was an initial visit by this pest control contract under an initial one-year contract we've signed . with them. I am very impressed. The technician, Jonathan, was excellent. I'm pretty detail-oriented, and Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about each of the applications being used, and how they work. Also just a very personable, friendly guy. The service, inside the house, and outside (both on the immediate house perimeter and on the grounds) was very thorough, and Jonathan took extreme care about not trampling on the garden beds (something I sometimes can't even stop our landscaper from doing!). Based on this initial visit, I think these guys bring this kind of service to a level I've not seen before in my 20 years living in the NJ suburbs

Prompt. Efficient. Courteous. Informative. Mike Gula has always been pleasant, professional, well-informed, and thoughtful. He asks about pests I've seen, and advises on judgment calls. He remembers trouble spots from past visits and is courteous enough to put shoe covers on before he steps into the house for interior treatment. An email appears promptly that summarizes the treatment. Nice work.

The service was excellent - we had to adjust our budget and household spending, so unfortunately this service did not make our cut. But otherwise we would definitely have continued with their company. The total cost given in this review is for annual - we split the cost quarterly.

Used their service for a year (because that is what you sign up for). Their preventative service brought out a ton of ants - twice. First time I thought it was a fluke - after this second time, I realized I was just wasting my money. We had to spray the ants ourselves. Their guarantee is worthless - they refuse to come and retreat in a timely manner. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

They did not do as they were supposed to. They said they were going to get rid of webs spray for insects and get rid of been hives. I had a bee hive in the front of my house and when they came I had to call them back. No webs ever removed and had no results with insect control at all.

I still see some ants. I am not sure I would stick with them but I do not want someone else. I called them to come back when I saw the ants and they came back and treated them but I wish they would have done something the first time.

When signing for original services the salesman presented the service as a one time application. Even though the service contract (sent to you via email) duly notes the contract is for a year, I found this to be a deceptive practice. I paid for three invoices upon completion of services and paying the last invoice in installments to show my dismay. Do not sign unless you are aware and want a yearly service.
