Best Stone and Kitchen are "the best". They helped me get the pieces I needed after another vendor went out of business and still owed me a cabinet and other materials. Even though my order was small they still gave me the same service as if I was buying the entire kitchen!!!!!

I worked with one of the guys who is now no longer there and he was great. He was responsive and very thoughtful. Professionalism was maybe an A- or B+, but it was an overall pleasant experience. Needless to say, I went back for 1 double vanity and 1 single vanity. It was an awful experience. Not responsive: The lady responded 2-3 days later after every email Poor professionalism: I asked from them to hold back a little more since I paid 60-70% up front, but she was not having it. If you stand by your name, it should be enough. Plus I did a 10K job with them before. Pricing is sketchy: They charged me more for granite when the supplier told me that it is the same price. They refused to breakdown the price and just said the materials is more. Nickel & dimes: I asked for a few handles since I am paying more for the granite. They provided handles before. She said nope you didn't pay for them Punctuality is nonexistent: They told me they would be arriving at 10-11. I get a call at 8:30 asking to open the door when I was an hour away. They said they would come back later in the day. Fine. I asked if 3-4pm would work and they said that is fine. They don't show up between 3-4 or let me know. They show up at 6pm and again I am away... Quality: They ripped out the floor moulding instead of cutting it up to the cabinets. They also didn't reinstall the moulding so I just have free standing floor moulding in my bathroom now. Also, when the granite guys came in to install the granite, it was cut on the wrong side. i.e. someone gave the wrong measurements after the cabinets were installed. In order to meet my timeline, I had to drive down, pick up the granite and install it myself.

One of the worst experiences I had in contacting a vendor. I let him know that we had already drafted plans/ designs with an architect, and he refused to even look at our plans, as he was sure that they wouldn't be "good enough". Additionally stated that I would need to sheetrock my kitchen before he could provide me with accurate costs for cabinetry (who can afford to wait until after sheetrocking to start cabinet conversations???). You can imagine how frustrating it was to have someone even refuse to look at our architect plans to see what we were intending to do, before shooting it down. Other competitors have been able to at least provide a range of cost, and have asked questions such as what type of cabinetry I'm interested in. Clearly, this vendor didn't have the time for that. All in all, if I can't even have a first conversation with someone without feeling like I'm not being listened to/ ignored/ talked over, then what's the point in continuing the relationship? I'll take my few thousand dollars somewhere else, thank you very much.

Very good job - only one of the workers spoke fluent English, so it was hard to communicate sometimes.  Good materials, good finishing.

We were shopping for a new countertop, and went to the shop for quoting and consultation.
Unfortunately the sales lady didn't show much professionalism to us.
- First she complained that the dimension in our plan being "too small".
- After she heard the material we want, she told us is it "too expensive" for us.
- Then she recommend us to purchase a scrap piece laying in their back yard, make of totally different material, but she can give "good discounts".
We didn't want that material, but we later compared her quote with other shops anyway, it is actually a couple of hundred dollars more.

I took a picture of our present kitchen cabinets. It had Formica on the top, a white-ish color. I took it to this place and they gave me a good quote. They had asked me to measure the approximate area that needed to be done. The tenant who moved in last week was very happy with the color. The lady at Best Stone was helpful in selecting the color at a reasonable price.

The granite we have from Best Stone is like none I've ever seen. I used to work for a granite company and this granite is magnificent. It's a very new stone that they got in and as soon as we saw  it, we knew it was the one. It is absolutely beautiful. They are very responsive and do high quality work. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them.

They were always helpful in giving and taking suggestions and choosing the right stuff. They did the installation as scheduled and everything went well.

The experience was mostly great.  There's a bit of a communication problem and don't expect them to come up to you and say "How are you".
That said once the ball got rolling, everything went very smoothly.  The showroom attendant did a very good job of designing the layout  (not a lot of suggestions, you have to ask all the questions) and scheduled everything very well.
The installers were excellent.

Their prices are very fair and reasonable and they are willing to work with you. They are very nice people to work with, the don't rush you or pressure you. The quality of the counter tops and cabinets are excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The salesman was very professional and the priced seemed fair, but we didn't find anything we were interested in. .

They have cabinets, granite and tile. They were great and their price was really good. They were pretty good with the delivery too. The cabinets at the other places were very expensive. So the price was very decent over here for the same quality of cabinets. I chose them because of their price. I paid close to $6000 for all the cabinets. They just assembled the cabinets and didn’t install it on the wall and the floor. It was just the cabinets without the granite. They were very professional and helpful. They came on time and did the job. They were pretty good. They were disciplined. There was nobody to help me or to sell the product in most of the stores I went to. When I went to Best Stone and Kitchen, they were very patient. They listen to you and give you feedback about what they are thinking. Another thing I liked about their granite is that, there is a lot of difference in the finishing of my kitchen granite that my contractor gave me and the one I use from Best Stone. Their quality is much better and the finishing of the granite top was much better too. Their price for granite is good too. Their price is excellent and it is at least $2000 to $3000 cheaper. The quality was the same everywhere. I wanted maple with glaze finishing. I found the same product everywhere. The quality of their cabinets has been good so far. They are very professional, but you need to be patient with them sometimes. I think they are Koreans and once in a while you need to have the patience to understand what they are saying, but it is not all the time. They also cleanup everything after they are done. I would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, I needed another piece this year and I went to many places, but I went back to them.
