He said the faucet we purchased was no good and he sold us one of his. To tighten the bolts, install our new faucet, remove our new faucet and install his faucet took from 9:15 AM to 12:45 PM (3 and one half hours) plus two additional visits. We still have a leak. He then wanted to replace the shut off valve for an additional $342.00. I said no. Enough is enough.

After discovering the leak late Saturday morning I called several local area plumbers. After getting answering machines about offices being closed from several, Anthony's answered and said they would check to see if they could respond on the same day. They replied within 10 min. that they could that afternoon. Service man arrived when promised and completed the repair in about 2 hours.

Everything was done in a professional manner and work area left neat and clean.

DO NOT USE ANTHONY'S PLUMBING and HEATING! They are overpriced and dishonest. Anthony's Plumbing tech charged me $89 just to come out, and told me my I had a Freon leak and no Freon left at all in my system, that a diagnostic to try to locate the leak would be very costly and might not even succeed, that I would need Freon put in at a cost of over $600, and that I would need to get a new coil and another part (I don't recall the name just now), at a cost of nearly $5,000! Then another smaller company came later that day - AirMax - and told me I had plenty of Freon, no Freon leak, but just needed to replace a capacitor for a total cost of $246, including parts and labor. The system immediately started working after his repair.

I hope everybody stay out this company in case you have some plumbing issues. I have a rental house in Piscataway and my tenant had some plumbing problem due to the drainage clog. Anthony's Plumbing Heating and Air Inc send a plumber to check the problem and give us a quote about $1300 plus tax. I asked them how long the job will take and they answered me it will be about two hours. So I questioned why the plumber will charge about $650 per hour for the basic plumbing service and what is special job they have to do? However, they messed around my question and couldn’t clear answer it. Then I had to find another plumber to come to fix all problems and they charged me only about $500.

In addition, Anthony's Plumbing Heating and Air Inc charged me about 75 dollars just for the plumber to come to do quote after I told them I want to find another plumber to do the work.

The plumber from Anthony's Plumbing Heating and Air Inc is not honest and wanted to charge me about 800 dollars more for the same service I had done with another plumber in the same day. Very disappointed about this plumbing company.

I recieved an appointment right away and the crew arrived on time and were courteous and professional. As I have used Anthony's in the past the technicians that came to my home had been there in the past and were familiar with my furnance and had information on past service calls. One of the main things that I like about Anthony's is that when possible they try and use the same technicicans for your service calls so there is a level of familiarity.
The guys located the issue and were able to repair the leak. Additionally, they inspected and replaced valves on the radiators that needed them. While I do feel the cost of the valves was a bit much, the overall service Anthony's provided was great.

Our overall experience with Anthony's Plumbing, Heating and Airconditioning was exceptionally good. Our initial call as to them was on Tuesday, June 12th upon realizing our central air was not working. They had two techs out within 2 days to assess the problem and write up a proposal. (they would have been out the next day but our schedule prevented it, not theirs) The problem was much worse than we had anticipated, requiring complete removal and replacement of our heating/airconditioning system. The techs found our 32 year old GE furnace had finally called it quits, recommending replacement of the entire system.(furnace, coil and condenser unit)The proposal - $8900. We decided to look around for another opinion and/or proposal before committing to Anthony's due to the cost factor. For the next few days, our calls to other service providers went unanswered and/or we were told it would be weeks before a job this big could be considered. One other provider even told us it would be the end of July bofore they could get out to us. We then began our online research to at least compare the price quoted by Anthony's. We found the proposal to be in line with other similar jobs in the Central Nj area. As such, we committed to Anthonys. We called them on Friday, June 15th to set up a work date. They were here on Monday, June 18th, 9 am, just as promised. By 4:30 it was all done. The two techs that did the work were very professional and courteous. They left our home without any trace of debris. The initial job was to take one full day and a few hours the next day, however, they were able to complete it all in one day. All in all, we are very pleased with Anthony's and will definitely call upon them again for our future plumbing, heating and airconditiioning needs. They also do bathroom remodeling so we are definitely keeping that in mind. Today the temperature was approaching 100 degrees with unbearable humidity. Thanks to Anthony's quick response and committment to customer service, we are very happy , very "cool" customers!
