A+ Handyman Service/Gary was very responsive and professional, and demonstrated a very important part of being a good handyman: good business ethics! When I told him my problem, he suggested that while he could help me, there were some things I could/should try myself (very simple) first, even if it meant that I would get the chandelier fixed without him. Thanks Gary! I know that if I can't, he can still help me, but appreciate some free advice on some troubleshooting that he gave me first (and an alternative possibility of repairing it).
