1-800 Got Junk

Very well. They were prompt and professional. A little pricey, but worth it.

Decided to use a "junk haul service" because a carting dumpster or the WM "Bagster" wasn't a viable option for me due to overhead wires along my driveway and curb. Booked online (got a $10 discount!!!). They called to confirm within minutes of submitting the booking and even arrived early to the appointment. Sizing estimate was very fair and the debris was loaded in a very short amount of time. They swept up the area and wrote up my invoice. I got a nice coupon for a potential return visit if i ever need them again. I will highly recommend 1-800-got-junk!!!

They came when scheduled. They call to tell me they would be there within ten minutes. It was expensive as they only took away a few items. It was refreshing that they called the day before to confirm our appointment. Also when they called the same day to let me know the time window of their arrival.

The two gentlemen who came were polite and just about on time, the man did call me to say that he was on the way and about 20 minutes late. Took about 10 minutes and they were done. It cost $175. They would have taken the 45" vanity for another $50 but I chose to dispose of that myself. I would use them again for sure.

They arrived on time. They asked me to identify the items to be removed then went to work. They were very efficient and professional. The job was completed in less time than I had imagined.

I understand that they were probably being run off their feet because of the storm, but that does not excuse rudeness or unprofessional behavior.
I asked that several items be removed from my basement. At this point, only minimal clean-up had been done to the basement although of course the flood waters had receded.
There was a two man work crew and some man who stood around with a clipboard.
One of the guys on the work crew made several comments and complaints about the smell in the basement. In fact, he complained about the work he had to do.
Although they hauled away what I asked them to, these people gave me such attitude and agita that I won't use them again.

The guys were absolutely great! They were professional, polite and more than ready to do whatever was asked of them. They arrived as scheduled, and in spite of the record-breaking October snow that fell that day, they did a wonderful job. They had difficulty getting the truck out of the driveway because of the deep, wet snow, but never showed impatience, etc. Their stop at the storage unit proved equally as challenging and they actually got stuck in the driveway! They offered to come back another time to pick up those items, but my son preferred to get it all done that day. So they agreed to work with him and the three of them carried the items from the unit to where the truck was stuck in the snow! Yes, yes, yes - we would use this service again if needed! It made preparation for the move go much more smoothly.

They sent out two young men that were very nice and courteous. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. They were a little expensive, but they did a great job.

I scheduled a pickup online for the next day and received an immediate confirmation of the 2-hour job window. I received a call the next day with a more precise arrival time. The worker arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. I had already received a quote from another company (which brags about its low prices) for $175 (their minimum) to remove a twin mattress. 1-800-got-junk removed the mattress and a few other small items for their single-item twin-mattress price of $99.
