I have been using the company for a couple years. I like them because they are licensed and insured. I trust them to be in my home while they do the job and I am not there. A team of 4 come out and complete the job in about an hour and a half. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They always come regularly and call before to give me a window of when they will be here. If I am not happy with the cleaning they will send the team back out to re do it.

I had them for couple of years. My experience with them was not what I wanted. In the beginning, it was fine and it worked very well when there was one supervisor that was physically be there. Later on, I found out that they were messing with my computer. There were just too many people coming to my home. The cleaning was not good by a long shot. They would clean things and never put them back where they were and one time they left the gas on without the flame.

"All businesses can make mistakes but we really care about our customers. We have cleaned for [member name removed] 200 times since May 2009. We only received one complaint about vacuuming in November of 2012 which we remedied. If we were given the opportunity we are sure we could have resolved any and all of the issues that occurred. I know [member name removed] liked 9:00 AM cleans. Only a few of the 200 cleanings did we need to change the time, however, [member name removed] agreed to the time change. We also work in a team of four enabling the job to be efficient and not to disturb our customers for lengthy periods of time. Over the past 17 years we have established a customer base of 325 regular customers. Each and every one is important to us. We value each customer's business and hope to hear from our customers if they are not happy with any cleaning. In fact, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy in place and will return to reclean any area a customer is not happy with, free of charge. [member name removed] told us she was discontinuing service due to financial reasons not because she was upset with the service. We have hundreds of satisfied customers and would be happy to supply references if necessary. 96% of our current customers would refer The Maids to their family and friends."

They have missed the little details but I have called and complained immediately and it was taken care of. If you have an issue call them, do not just let it go. They will address it. They do a good job and they come on time and they do accomodate my schedule because I work from home and have alot of meetings which is good.
