Glass Castle Inc

I dropped off the hardware to the glass shower door I needed replaced as well as the opposite door so they had a template.  After a week beyond their "we will call you in a week"  I called and found out the glass broke.  After another week without a call with any update, I called and finally picked up the door brought it home and the holes that were cut did not fit in the  hardware properly.  i brought it back and explained the problem, I even told them where to cut the holes by looking and showing them on the opposite door.  When I returned for the second time ,which again I did not receive a call, it was a door with the exact same holes.  When I explained that it will not fit the hardware properly, the manager became very short and said to the salesman "just give her her money back we will not make her happy"  I tried to explain that the holes where in the exact same place as the first piece of glass and the hardware will not fit properly.  I even tried to show the manager how the hardware fit differently on both doors, he simply ignored me. I will NEVER recommend or  patronize this business,  they were rude and incompetent.
