Falcon Landscaping

Called for a small job and at first they were very responsive and showed
up the same day for an estimate. After getting a few more estimates I
decided to go with Falcon Landscaping. That is where the trouble
started. I had a hard time getting in contact with them. When I
finally did he said he would come in the morning on Wednesday, May 1.
By 2:00 they never showed up so I called and left a message. It was
never returned. Called again on Thursday and left a message it was
never returned. Called Friday call was never returned. Please note I
had both his cell phone number and business phone number and I could not
get an answer on each. This was very unprofessional. I would not
recommend anyone use this company

Eloy Juarez is the owner of this business. My Mother and I have used him for many years for mowing and snow removal service as well as for special jobs like the recent drainage project. He is responsive when there are problems. for example, on the drainage project I found that the workers failed to connect a pipe from the sump pump. After meeting with me to see the problem, Eloy sent his workers out and fixed it. Not only that but his workers neatly leveled the soil everywhere, INCLUDING soil from a different contractor's project nearby, and reseeded the area. Eloy is very pleasant and flexible to work with. My Mother wanted the lawn mowing and snow removal on an on-call basis and he was willing to accomodate her. His company's focus really is lawn maintenance. He installed a brick walkway and patio which was mostly successful, but not perfect. That said, I believe he was just getting into hardscaping at that time and his company may be better now. Just to mention, he has an accent that can make him hard to understand. He is honest and trustworthy.

Superb result for the amount of work they had to do. Falcon did work for my neighbor which looked fantastic. I called them and the owner promptly came, provided an estimate and schedule for when the work will occur. They showed up on time to provide an excellent result of 2 days of work including trimming and pruning, mulching all brush and trees in my yard, cutting a tree that was too close to the house based on their recommendation. I was very impressed with their work and with their recommendation of what needs to be done.Very professional and would highly recommend Falcon for any landscaping work that needs to be performed.
