This shop isfamily owned and operated and its quite evident in their professionalism. This shop comes highly recommended. I will be happy to do all my future business with them.

We have had a good experience with him. We always bring our car there for repairs. We trust him. He has done a good job. We think that he is honest. He has done somethings and has not charged us for them. We think he is reliable and he is honest.

I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport that has been having problems with unexpected stalling. Two other service stations looked at my truck and could not, with certainty, diagnose the problem. Both thought the problem was either the crankshaft position indicator or a faulty fuel pump. Neither wanted to fix the problem for the sake of adding parts. Wll, I travel over 140 miles a day in my Jeep so you can imagine how much I wanted this problem fixed. Another service station told me my best bet was to do a tune-up, which the truck definitely needed. Back on the road with confidence, the truck stalled out again on the parkway just before exit 100. I was able to get my truck started after several minutes of waiting, which it usually did and was able to get onto route 66 East. Stalled out again on route 66. Called a local towing company (which I will write about later) and the owner/operator introduced me to Ultimate Auto Care. Once dropped of at their shop, the guys there looked over my truck and finally determined that the problem was indeed the crankshaft position indicator switch. They fixed my truck in just over an hour of waiting at their shop. Excellent, friendly, super affordably-priced service that I am SO glad that I have found this shop for future service and repairs. I saved well over $100 from another shop's estimate for the same repair. My truck has well over 300,000 miles on it so you can be sure I have gone through my fair share of service centers. These guys are tops and I recommend them highly!
