The facility is fine. The equipment is fine and it’s clean. The issue that we have is that they advertise at very low price. Then they throw a whole bunch of stuff and you get charged for later on that was not explained in the beginning. They said to use some programs as a trial, try this and you will love it. You can always cancel it. We have been trying to cancel the service for 4 months. We finally went and he showed us this document that we had signed which say that we agreed to 11 months coverage. There was no way I would have agreed for paying $ 16 a month to use their menu on the internet. One of us pays $ 9.95 while the other only pays $ 5.95 but all it is access to food logging on the internet. We tried it for 3 weeks and if you put down everything that you ate and the brand that you ate. It takes a long time and it was just not worth doing an hour a day. As far as I am concerned it was misrepresentation. They were more concerned with getting you into the program and collecting. They advertise and every month it’s a special price $ 20 a month or $ 19 a month. It sounds good when you sign up for a year. We committed to that and that’s not an issue. We have been trying probably 3 weeks to get somebody to answer. I had noticed a charge on my credit card and I noticed the monthly charge. When I started with my income tax, I cruised the credit card reports more carefully. I noticed in addition to that there are some other charges. I called up the number on the credit card statement and they said that they were the billing facility. They told me that you have to call them and we don’t know what that is for. I called the Retro fitness and nobody was there that knew anything. Then we stopped it. The manager just changed and he doesn’t know anything. He told me that he will let me know as soon as he finds out. That was 3 days ago and we are still waiting. There is no professionalism at all. As soon as we run out of the membership, we will not be using them again.
