The estimate was ok but high compared to what I ended up paying ($441). The problem I had was I called them back so as to compare the price they were quoting to the one I already had and during the process the guy just hung up on me! I was asking whether the estimate he gave me was for Low-E glass or clear, he told me he was quoting Low-E for both. When I told him I needed the larger window in Low-E and the smaller in clear he told me the price remained the same. I started to ask another question and he hung up on me. I waited a few minutes to see if it was by error and I received no call back. My best guess is that he knew he was giving me too high a number and that I had a better quote already so he cut his losses and wasted no more time on me. Terrible business and for that reason I cannot recommend someone who can't handle themselves professionally even when things aren't going their way.

Piece of metal shattered my car window on the way to work. Called several auto glass places and left a message. Neptune Auto glass returned my call promptly. Staff was very responsive. Had the glass in stock. Dropped the car off at 10:30am and was driven to work by a member of the staff. Work was completed by the time I finished work at 3:00 pm
