Went very smoothly. Mike was very professional in discussing the job, bringing a scrapbook with photos of his work, and a list of past clients I could contact. His price was in the middle of the 3 quotes I received; it was his "can do" attitude & extensive experience that convinced me to give him the project. I appreciated that he informed me that the price of decking material was going up in the spring, so we could order it early enough to get the old price, although the work wouldn't be done until late spring. He & his crew were very neat, cleaning up after themselves, so I wasn't left with a mess. The price listed includes $1,300 for the door panels, which I had to order myself thru the manufacturer.
