My name is Duncan S. Peterson and I own and operate ifix. ifix is not a franchise or a chain. It is, simply, my 30 plus years of experience in home and commercial repair work. ifix does the projects that are too difficult for you, the busy home owner, and too small for major contractors. I give your small jobs the big attention they deserve. ifix uses no subcontractors. I do all the work so you won't have to worry about seeing new faces on the job each day and wonder if they understand your project and the level of work you expect. Duncan is great. He returns your call promptly, works fast & is knowledgeable & experienced. I needed help closing a rental property & moving into a new home. Nothing is more stressful than moving & he made a crazy week bearable. He is a little higher priced than some, but worth it. I call him first now for everything!

Mr.Peterson arrived to perform the repair work sooner than the estimated date to accomodate our time restraints. He was very professional; always called when he said he would and cleaned up any mess. He did a great job replacing the trim. Would definitely hire again.

He called back several times and was able to work around my schedule. I didn't have to wait for a call back and he came when he said he was coming. He also called to tell me he was on his way. He did a nice job and worked neat. I would hire him again.

They have a high price, but excellent work. They were extremely courteous and punctual. When they left, there was never a mess at all. They cleaned up everything. They were responsible and dedicated to their work. They were very professional.

Duncan first came out and provided an estimate of all the requested repairs. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Due to the ongoing inclement weather October-November 2011, the outside repairs were delayed. Duncan told me he would call when the weather forecast sounded good enough to do the work, which he did. He again came exactly when he said he would. He completed all the work in 1 hour, 15 minutes. He is professional, knowledgable, neat, efficient. The cost for all work came to $80 plus tax. I like the fact he wanted the check made out to his company and he added in the sales tax. I resent contractors who ask to have the check made out to "cash" and don't add sales tax.
I would hire Dincan again. I have already referred him to a friend who needs home repairs.
