Emailed Brian & was told it would be taken care of. Then sometime in July received a letter from Brian stating he was injured & unable to run the business, his supervisor Julian was taking over for him. I spoke to Julian MANY times, & was promised my lawn would be done. As of mid September still nothing done, received 2 violations from my town due to the condition of my property.
I emailed Brian & said I did not want to do business with him any longer since Julian was not doing the work he was already paid for.
I received a reponse back from Julian that he would send me the money he owed me.Two weeks ago, when I still had'nt recieved my money, I called him & he told me the check was mailed 2 days earlier. It is now almost 4 weeks, & I have not been re-imbursed. I am out approximately $450.00.
I had to pay another Landscaper $500.00 to do my lawn, hedges & bushes, so that I would not get a fine from the city.
I am REALLY disapointed & hurt. It is hard to imagine there are people who would do this to someone who has lost so much already since Sandy.
My husband & I lost the 1st floor of our home, my son lost his job due to the economy, & both our Moms have passed, all since the Hurricane, this added on stress is terrible!
I'm sure there are other customers of Green & Clean who are not happy these past few month either.
