We had wood flooring that was warping due to water damage. They replaced with vinyl, but did not remove all the original wood flooring like they said they would. We discovered this later when warping was occurring again, destroying the new vinyl flooring that was installed. No response. Horrible experience, indicates lack of attention to detail and no effort made to make it right after the fact.

In this day and age, customer service has sadly become a foregone conclusion for most companies. I have to say, however, that is not the case at all with Five Star. From quote to completion, this company was top notch! The owner, Erick was super courteous and professional, always responsive to texts and inquiries, and personally made sure to get every last detail right. I hired them for a very big job (ripping out and installing brand new floors in the whole house) and they knocked it out of the park. When I decided to redo the stairs as well, it was not a problem and they got them done even beyond my expectations. Erick was a true pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. And let’s not forget the most important part- our floors came out AMAZING!!! I really can’t say enough good things about this company, don’t hesitate to hire them if you are looking to redo your floors. Five Stars all the way!!

Everything with Eric has always gone great. He returns calls, the workers are prompt, courteous, and skillful . He is accommodating and reliable. The old floors look like new, and the new floors all match! I am very happy with his work and would highly recommend them!

Erick and his team were excellent to work with. Friendly, professional, responsive and reasonably priced. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up nicely. We are pleased with the work and will hire them when we need to refinish the rest of our floors.
