DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! INCOMPETENT LIAR AND THIEF! Gave me a quote for a few things to be done in my apartment we came to an agreed price and I paid for half up front and we agreed in writing on his invoice/contract that the balance was due when work was completed. Day one, he hit me up for more money when not one of the projects was completed because he spent money, had employees, blah, blah, blah. Stupidly I gave him half the balance due. Day two, says he does not like commuting to my apartment and asks to stay the night in my one bedroom apartment, I said no. The next time he arrived, he kept saying I should give him more money (after 3/4 of the bill paid) when nothing was completed. Last day he said he was to put some things in his car to make more room and packed up everything and left the job. Then texted to say I owed him the balance. NOTHING IS DONE AND I AM OUT SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS. Backsplash has tile up and no grouting. He took the grout on his way out.

Very professional, neat work. I did not have to clean up after tge work ws completed.
