Armstrong Tree Services

We hired Armstrong to trim trees in our yard. They provided a prompt estimate. Scheduling the job was easy. They did excellent trimming work and cleanup. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I recommend them highly.

My husband likes Armstrong.? He'd give them straight A's.? Armstrong is very good.? A for everything.

Excellent !! Can't say enough good things about them. They came and took down a sixty plus foot Colorado spruce in less than an hour. The crew was a group of outstanding professionals. they cleaned up after themselves and except for the stump (which we asked be left) you could not tell they were there. Came to the house and provided a great quote... 1/3 lower than another company's bid. Then proved completely unresponsive to voicemail messages asking when the work would be scheduled. After finally (nicely) letting them know we were going to have to choose another vendor, the work was performed that week. They made us work for it, but it was worth it.

Armstrong gave us a reasonable estimate to take a tree down and prune other trees on our property. After Sandy, we were very concerned that more branches or trees would fall, particularly branches over our house. They promptly came out to our house in early December , gave us a good estimate/price, and said that they could fit us in a few weeks to do the job. More than four months later, they still have not arrived and I am now looking at other companies. We called at least once a month over the time period up to April telling us they we were on the schedule, but very busy with Sandy work and the intervening bad weather was slowing them down. The last two calls they did not even have the courtesy to return our calls, and in one instance I was told the scheduler was going to call me back and let me know when the job would be done - never got a call back. On our final call, my wife called them and literally begged them to come out and perform the service - no call back. Worse customer service I have ever encountered. Will never try to use them again, nor would I ever recommend them and only tell people to steer clear of them.N

They did an excellent job and offered excellent pricing. They had a whole crew that came in and removed the trees, chopped them up, and took them away in about an hour!

I utilized the team at Armstrong Tree for some work I needed done last year. The team at Armstrong was able to completely remove 2 trees for me in a very timely fashion. The guys at Armstrong seemed to be very experienced and they did great work. I would use the guys at Armstrong again in the future.
