Affordable Painting Systems

From start to finish it went perfectly, beyond my expectations.

I had a list of patched areas & damaged paint, I wanted Affordable to do, but as I walked around with Ed & his men that morning, he kept pointing out other places that were marked up. I had intended just to try & scrub them clean .. to keep the cost down, so I asked how much everything would cost. His price of $200 was so low, I couldn't believe it! He didn't just have the guys sand & paint the patched areas, because he said they wouldn't be flat; they sanded & re-spackled first, then did a final sanding before painting. Without my even asking, the men went around on their own, touching things up! They even nailed & caulked a baseboard that had been removed & replaced .. without my even mentioning it!

Very professional; Ed sold me with his "can do" attitude, when he did a walk-thru for an estimate, although his price wasn't the lowest. He came with a large crew, most of whom have worked with him for years, so the work went pretty fast. He was on the job himself, except to run out for coffee & lunch for the crew. They were all very polite, clean & careful with everything, and both the men & Ed did a final walk-thru to make sure everything had been done properly.
