The owner, Brian was quick to respond to my email request. He came to my house on the date and time he promised. I received a quote for the services requested about an hour later. We agreed on the cost of service and he showed up to my house on the date and time he promised. By the time I got home from work, the black staining that had been on my roof for ten years was gone. Th algae changed color, dried up and blew off during the next rain storm. I would definitely hire Brian and A+ Powerwashing again.

I would like to express my thanks to Brian (owner) of A Plus Power Washing and his team for the job they did at my house. It was a house in desperate need of power washing and gutter cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Their employees are extremely courteous and thorough. I did have one concern and Brian came right out and handled the issue and went over and above my expectations in this matter.... In today's world, this rarely ever happens. I was pleased to see how Brian handled this small matter and would highly recommend anyone to use his company.... Thanks again and will definately be using his company again in the future.

The entire process was highly professional from the initial scheduling with Rose through to the actual service by Brian and his team. Unlike so many service-oriented businesses, A+ followed through with calls and emails along every step of the way. I was able to schedule an appointment about a week after my initial call. The team came out promptly and was finished within a few hours. The team left no mess afterwards either. In addition to good reviews here and elsewhere on the web, part of the reason I selected A+ was because of the process that they use to clean the roof (heated water and detergent requiring less pressure (and time & water) and thus no damage to shingles). I also liked the fact that they catch the runoff in bags and strain, recycle and reuse as part of an environmental responsibility program. I would definitely recommend the service and will use again in the future (several years out) when I need them again (the roof cleaning service comes with a 5 year limited warranty)
