Tony was courteous and respectful of my home. He was very professional and very helpful. His company carries 3 brands of windows. What I like most about him was, he not only did not try to up sell me on the higher price window, but actually steered me to one of the lesser expensive brands. He felt for what I needed I did not require the more expensive window.
His company does windows, doors, awning and window treatments. If this were the only work we were having completed, we would have certainly used Friant's. However, because we decided to have other work done in the home beyond the windows we selected a general contractor from Angie's List to do all the work. Once the work is completed,I will give a review of his work.

Friant's installed new vinyl windows in my house in Summer 2009 to my complete satisfaction so I did not hesitate to have them install the patio door a year later. In early June Tom from Friant's came, measured and wrote up the order. Around July first I received a call to schedule the installation. The installers (husband and wife subcontractors) arrived when they promised and in a few hours the work was completed with the area left clean and neat. I am completely satisfied.

They were local and I had seen their work in other people?s homes and have been in business for over a 100 years. They also had different windows to choose from and explained why they recommended one over the other and it wasn?t a hard sale.
