I moved into my house about 3 weeks and although a finished basement I immediately started seeing one of my biggest fears ever.... CAVE CRICKETS!!!!! I contacted A-Eastern Pest Control on November 6 and spoke with Charlie who explained they were most likely young cave crickets but would get larger. I expressed my concern that I would like it taken care of immediately, but also that I just could not take off of work. He was so patient and ACCOMODATING. Not only could he send an exterminator out on a Saturday but they could come the very next day!! Christian arrived promptly at 1pm and addressed all my concerns about the chemicals. I have a dog and wanted to make sure he would be safe. He inspected the basement and took his time. I did not feel that it was a "rush " job like some companies. In addition to doing his job Christian went above and beyond by giving me extra suggestions on keeping the basement free of moisture since cave crickets like that atmosphere. Needless to say he left me with his business card, and that very night 4 dead crickets!!! I have not seen one hopping around in 2 days! I would recommend this company to other people

Company is amazing. Incredible service and great people. Super reliable and best prices around. This is a company where you deal directly with the owners. They are great! They will come back if you have any issues.
