We dealt with her for a month or two before the sell. She fluctuated on the price and tried to manipulate it and I thought she was very deceptive. On the disclosure form, there were things in this house that were not working. She said the dishwasher was here and worked, but it absolutely did not and I have replaced it with a new one. When we brought that to her attention, she said don't worry about that I think that was just a case of the lady didn't have her glasses on when she was reading the form. It was disclosure form. They did not tell me the well was contaminated and the water was undrinkable, they said it was fine. They didn't say the basement had taken on water because someone left a window open, they said it was fine. They were very, very deceptive about everything. In the end, they tried to get another $2500 out of me which they did by telling me there was a bidding war on the house and another couple wanted it, which there wasn't. When she came to take the lock box off of the house she came in and walked all the way through the house even though it was no longer on the market - it was my house. She was not immediately responsive to my realtors calls and questions. I just thought she was very unprofessional, I would never recommend her. At the settlement she giggled and made eyes at the owner. I couldn't even find the septic tank and she made no effort to help find it. It took 7-8 days to find it. The oven door was broken, the stove top and fireplace were broken when they listed everything as fine and functional. The house is only 8 years old but every single appliance has been replaced, floors replaced, toilets replaced and the entire sprinkler system has been destroyed and disabled when she said just a couple heads were broken. They said there were french drains but there are not.
