George and his crew have been great each of the 3 times I've used them. They have been on time and professional every time, and are careful/clean while doing a dirty job. The house I bought 4 years ago has an old sewer drain that gets roots in it, and he has snaked it clean 3 times. He makes sure he gets all the way to the street - which is 120ft from my drain. Did a thorough job in less than an hour. Doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Someday I should probably replace the main sewer line, but until I have the money for that job, I'm happy to call George every few years to clean the drain out.

George was courteous and polite. He was sure to ask the right questions before our appointment enabling him to come prepared to fix the toilet. He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Home Depot wouldn't deliver my new refrigerator without a shutoff valve being upstairs close to the refrigerator. I called George's Plumbing Saturday morning. He got back to me Sunday evening and an appointment was set for Tuesday morning. The owner himself came out on time to do the work which was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Within an hour Steve from the office called back, and was at the house 10 minutes later. He replaced a washer on the connection to the shut off valve which fixed the problem, AT NO CHARGE!!!!

The time stated on the bill was 3 1/2 hours??? I was charged for supplies WITHOUT an invoice. I have no idea what a basket strainer is, or why a new one had to be installed. I called the plumber and told him I disagreed with the bill. No matter......

He is very good. He has fixed toilets and a sump pump for me. He can do it all. He is nice and friendly and does not charge a fortune for his work.

Had a slow gas leak which I thought was behind my clothes dryer, so I requested the gas line to be capped off inside the wall. George was very pleasant to talk to, and workers arrived promptly and capped the line. Unfortunately, the leak ended up being farther down the line (I figured that out over the weekend), so I isolated it and called George again. The next day the worker came out promptly and capped off the line again farther down the run. That did the trick. The workers did a great job, they were friendly, the price was awesome, and everything went well. They will absolutely get my business again in the future.

Excellent, fast service. They got started with the work immediately after approval of the estimate, worked quickly, and cleaned up well afterwards. Friendly guys too, Dan and Dave. They asked lots of questions to make sure they were doing things the way I wanted. The work looks great. The brand new pipes drain well, and are completely patent. George was very straightforward and charged a fair price. He gave us several options with different price points and there was no pressure at all. I appreciated the professionalism from George and his crew.

The house sits 500 feet back off the road, so it was quite a project. Mario was the key man on the job and was excellent. Nothing is ever easy in an old house. I appreciate the skill and dedication that Mario brought to the job.
The water company was to the house recently to fix the water meter. They commented on how good the plumbing work was as well.
