Future Fitness Centers

I met with Assistant Manager Pete Villegas on June 1, 2015.  I pointed out two elliptical machines in need of repair,
#12 and #18.  Both have damaged hand grips wrapped in electrical tape, one  for over two and a half years.  That's like putting a blue tarp over a leaking roof and calling it repaired.  He assured me the damaged grips were an  inexpensive and easy to make repair that would be completed within a few weeks.  The ellipticals have not been repaired.
I submitted this repair several times to the front desk staff for inclusion in the  maintenance repair log, the first time over two and a half years ago.  I even submitted several recommendation requests.  All have been ignored.
This is  a nice facility with fantastic trainers.  HOWEVER, the management staff is only interested in getting your  money.  Try finding a contact link on the company's home page to identify and communicate with the owner, Craig Ehleider.  You won't, not a phone number, email address, even a mailing address.  Experience the frustration of trying to cancel a membership.  I did.  You are required to meet with a manager in person.  If you leave you're number to arrange a meeting, like I did, you will never receive a call.
This business offers a great facility with some fantastic employees, but the management staff has to significantly improve its availability and communication and simple maintenance items need to be addressed, especially since I pay a "maintenance fee" every January.

They have personal training and they have a good variety of classes. They have [11:54 - 12:00]. What I like best about them really is their classes because they have a wide variety and great instructors. They have [12:12] service available [12:15 - 12:24] measurements and your strength. They keep everything very clean there. [12:34 - 12:45] which is really nice. They have [12:51] too and they put you up on a program [12:55]. They do have trainers available if you want to work with an individual trainer. They have a wide variety in terms of needs and experience. [13:18 -13:46]. There are people that are here that are [13:55] and people that are like in their 70's [13:58] and that makes it nice too. We pay a monthly fee of $40.
