 + -1 moreHe was able to come the day after I spoke to him. He arrived a few minutes early. He spent about an hour and a half tuning and oiling the hammers, which I thought were broken, but were just stuck. Nice guy. Nearly 100 year old uncared for piano is now sounding great. I don't know what to say. I expected piano tuning to be a hassle. Perfect, professional experience. And way cheaper than I expected.

 + -1 moreHe is a very nice guy, and I had a great experience with him. He does a very good job, and I think his price is reasonable. He is quiet. He just comes in and does his job, but if I have any questions he is happy to answer them. He doesn't overdo it. He doesn't engage me in conversation while I am trying to do housework or whatever. He actually gave me an estimate on what I might expect to get when I sold my piano.
Description of Work: I had Anthony of Anthony Darrow Piano Service tune my piano before people came to look at it, and he gave me an estimate at that time of what I might get for it.
