Merry Maids of Marlton, NJ

From this most recent trip, I have a list two pages long of all the services they did not complete. It's essentially the same list every week with minor exceptions, and it's growing increasingly more frustrating. Every maid that comes also comes with their own set of problems, but every once in a while, they do manage to do a decent job. Problem is, once we get lucky, the maid we like gets fired. I can't fathom how anyone would pay this much money for this level of service.

Initially, I had a couple of good folks, but I stopped receiving the service I had begun to expect once they started switching people around on me. After the first year, I voided my contract.

They always show up on time and do a great job. It is two women who come out to clean my home and they are very pleasant, work hard and do a great job. They call a day before to remind me of the appointment, and if you do have a problem I can just call them and they will come out and fix it. They are very easy to work with in that regard. I have been very pleased and would recommend them.

It was very good and it was very personal. They are a flexible company and it was a good personal relationship that I had with them.

Not happy with quality of work with this company. They just run through your house and do a once over, not a thorough cleaning. I tried to give them many chances and considerations. No one is perfect but to damage a home not once but twice is not acceptable. Not only that they say they are cleaning certain things everytime like the kitchen floor and that is not true. They lie and charge for services not performed. Kitchen floor has not been cleaned in a long time. I have a tile floor and they just spot wipe it to get obvious spots up but floor is still filthy. Wiped it and pure dirt comes up, juice stickiness still on floor. Very obvious they are trying to get over. They sprayed toilet cleaner all over the toilet in a rush and bleached out the paint on the wall behind and above the toilet and we had to have the bathroom painted again, which they did pay for but only by providing free cleanings until the amount of the damage was repayed. This last cleaning was it. I came home and in their mad rush when vaccuumming they separated the wood baseboard from the wall, nails and all AND I found a puddle on the floor in the hall. I touched it and it felt oily and then I realized they plugged in my bath and body works oil plug in upside down and all of the oil emptied out on to my laminate floor. That was it. They will not refund and they charged me a cancellation fee for cancelling a contract for a certain amount of cleanings early which is the price of the first cleaning which is deffered which equals another 150 dollars AND I still have not received my key back in the mail. Don't believe anything these people say and steer clear of Merry Maids.

I would recommend Merry Maids. The price was fair. They were punctual. They followed our instructions and were very trustworthy.

They are very good and do a nice job. They follow instructions when I leave them, such as if I need certain lights that need to be left on. I don’t have to worry about them going through my personal stuff and draws. They are very dependable and their prices are very reasonable for the work that they do and we are very happy with them.

They come once a week and clean the whole house. I feel that their prices are reasonable. I am happy with the quality of work when they send the regular girl that comes to my house.

This company is very good. They come when they are scheduled to come and are pleasant workers. I work at home and they do not bother me when they are there. They are excellent to deal with and follow directions. When something arises that I couldn't be at home, they are accommodating in changing their schedule.

They did a good job with the cleaning, and we're satisfied with the service. We actually have a recurring contract with them so we'll be seeing them again soon.

They said they could only send out 2 people which wouldn't be enough. They quoted me $148 for the total cleaning.
