    I used the lawn service last year for simple lawn mowing, weed wacking and edging and was very pleased with the work that was completed on my small yard ($25/visit).  Andy was consistant, showed up and cleaned up on the schedule we established.  Last fall I also put in a request for snow shoveling as required, but didn't need this service last winter as the snow never really showed up.  However, it was nice to know that this was a service that they offered.  
    This year I wanted additional yard work and requested estimates for flower bed weeding, mulching and plant preparation.  In fact I gave a full list of things to do in the yard.  Andy prepared the estimates and I was a little surprised by the prices until he explained that the prices included the cost of the materials -- then I realized that I was getting a GREAT DEAL!   The actual cost of the labor  when you took out the cost of the supplies was very reasonable.  Whew!  I thought I was supposed to supply the materials and he would do the work.  Great for me!  I don't have to lug the mulch and other heavy supplies from the store!  
    The price I gave reflect the cost for service all of last summer.  This year the cost jumped only a very a small amount for bi-weekly lawn care and with the additional work I have already requested (flower beds weeded, prepared and mulched) my total is $145.  My yard is small and I am on an automatic bi-weekly mowing schedule ($30/every other week).  However, when the weather was soooo hot last summer and the grass didn't grown long enough to need mowing, I was not gouged for a mowing that was not warranted.  I like this company.  I feel like I always get the same service for my small yard as I would if I had acres.  Good prices, excellent service, courteous staff, prompt and efficient -- everything I'm looking for in a company.
