We've introduced this fee, which will remain in effect until further notice, to ensure we can maintain the high-quality service teams our customers have come to appreciate and enjoy for over 40 years. Inflation and rising costs are affecting everyone, and this nominal fee helps cover some of the those increased expenses. Please be aware that this fee is unrelated to your lifetime manufacturer performance warranty, as clearly stated in your contract and the warranty you registered with the manufacturer. Its also unrelated to any warranty service work that would have to be done once the team is out to your property. The fee is exclusively designed to support our skilled and trained technician staff and help cover some of the increased travel-related costs to and from properties on a daily/weekly basis. We understand that this new fee might come as a surprise to some of our long time customers which is the reason we have shielded as much of the increased costs and set the fee at a nominal $50. Rest assured, we are constantly exploring ways to reduce costs and pass on savings to you. We will closely monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We want to emphasize that we will honor the manufacturer's warranty and provide the necessary services when required as we have always done.
