Unfortunately, my experience with castle windows is not a very good one. About 10 years ago we had Castle replace all the windows in our home and they did a nice job but after about 6 years we noticed that there was moisture building up inside 2 of the windows. I called to have them fixed and it took a few months but they sent some out to measure, the glass took almost a year (and multiple calls to Castle) to come in but they did come back to install. Unfortunately one of the panes of glass was the wrong size. So again, after multiple calls and waiting months Castle sent out someone to remeasure. Again, it took over a year for this glass to come in (due to covid). After calling multiple times and waiting a year they said they were sending someone out to install. The contractor calls on his way over to confirm and said he would only be measuring today as they need to order the glass!!!! W**! So he came and measured, and I called and complained as it was suppose to be installed at this time, but still had to wait for the glass to come in and yes it took another year for it to be delivered!!! So I waited again and after almost a year the glass came in ...... again. I scheduled another installation appointment (we are now at present time) and the contractor called to confirm his appointment on the way over and you'll never guess what he said..... that's right he said he would only be measuring today so Castle can order the glass..... again!!!!!!!!! I told him to get lost as I am so done with this incompetent company, they don't not honor their warranty at all! Once they have your money they don't give a rats a$$ about you anymore. Do yourself a favor and get your windows and doors done at a reliable company as all Castle will do is lie to you after they have their money!! Shame on you Castle !!!! Terrible Terrible customer service!!!!!
