Ed arrived early to the home. Ed was already inspecting the roof. He inspected everything from the roof to the basement. He took time to explain what he was looking for and what it meant. He also explains what all the systems in the hose are used for and their importance. For example he explained what is a GFCI and how it protects you from getting shocked. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about how a house functions. He also used a thermal camera which saw a water issue that would not have been seen by visual check. He provided an inspection report the next day. His report was very detailed and many photos. I provided the inspection report to the seller with what I wanted to have repaired. The seller did not question the report and fixed all the requested repairs. He saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out various problems that needed to be repaired. I highly recommend Ed for home inspection.

Ed was professional from our first contact.  By the time we arrived at the house, he had already been up on the roof and completed the exterior inspection.  He walked us through all of his findings.  Inside the home he was extremely thorough and checked everything--every window, outlet, light switch, all of the systems, faucets, sinks, toilets, etc.  This is the first time I have ever witnessed such a thorough home inspection.  In addition, he used Infrared technology to ensure there was nothing hiding behind the walls that we should be aware of.  I would highly recommend him and we are so pleased we chose him for our Inspection.
