I called the location in Paramus NJ  originally, but they referred me to the location in Mountainside. That company specifically are fumigation specialist and were able to help me with the project. I was able to get rid of the beetles on furniture in order for me to have them in my house. I am now able to keep my childhood items and air-looms from my grandmother. I had a 5x8 truck load of furniture they assisted with. I would like to thank Jeff Polko, Shanna Spicer, Eric, Amy, and the whole gang at Mountain Side for all of their help. (It does take 24 hour for fumigation). I plan to use them again soon!

But was told they offer heat pump into your home. They didn't, now I'm out of $125. I would not use this company. Still searching for a company that offers heat pump into my home.

They got rid of the Carpenter ants, a problem I had last year and I have not seen them this year.

We've been using them for 30 years, we reuped with them when we moved here.  We are highly satisfied.  They must be doing it right.  They come out for pest control every 2 months or whenever I call them.  We've had no problems.  I've been talking to the same lady, their dispatcher, for the last 20-30 years.  They are a good solid, stable company.  We think the price is well justified.  I've never had a problem with their responsiveness.  THey are here when they say they are going to be here.

Overall, they did a poor job. I was having a problem with stink bugs. When they came out, they wouldn’t guarantee getting rid of them but would come back a second time. The reason they planned on coming back a second time was because they said I had mice. However, when they came a second time instead of treating the mice, they tried to treat the stink bugs. They then called me and said they were going to do an inspection, and I didn’t ask them to do that and they came out and did it anyways. I wasn’t charged for it, but I didn’t ask for it. I felt like there was a communication issue. In the end they got rid of the stink bugs but I think they took advantage of me.

I am usually not home when they come.  It's just a contract service, and they come and do their thing.  I think their pricing is competitive, they are good.  It's hard to say about the punctuality, because I am not here when they come.  I plan to keep them in the future.

I would recommend their service to others.

They cover everything, and their prices are fair with all the other companies around. They are also always on call 24/7, but I have never had to use that service.

They did a good job. It being two years ago I don't quite remember the exact details, but I would definitely use them again.

We had an annual service contract since 2006. We had been loyal customers and the service was generally good. We started to notice more spiders around the house. I called to have them come spray (as is guaranteed under my service contract) and no one showed up. I called again and no one showed up. I called the main office and they called our local office and finally a guy came. I walked the house with him and started to notice glue traps that hadn't been changed since 2008 (they date them when they put them down). I think we found 4 of those. I also found out that they never spray or have even gone into my crawl space (which has 4 feet of clearance) to check for any issues. I think all they did was just do a quick once over on my house and over time that showed with an increase in bugs. Responsive was very lacking and I had to chase them down to come and deal with our issue. Not what you would expect when you have been a loyal customer with a guaranteed service contract and always paid in full at the beginning of the year. I would look elsewhere first before hiring or if you do hire you need to watch them very closely.

I lived in an apartment for eleven years and Western did the pest control spraying and I never once seen a bug of any kind. They were extremely courteous and did the work in a timely manner. I would tell everybody to use Western Pest Control.

We were very satisfied. We spent $600 which was for treatment and yearly service. They solved the problem. They knew exactly what it was and were able to take care of it. We would use them again in the future.

They are a fabulous company especially Tom Beautz. He is in charge of the guys that come out and spray. He has more of an administrative positive and he comes out and trouble shoots problems that the technicians can't find the answer for and he will take care of them. He is wonderful and so is the company. I have some yearly contracts with them. They are fairly priced for the market. They are a great company. If the technician can't figure out the problem, Tom will. The administrative people in the office are lovely. They are prompt and on time. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They are reliable. My daughter and father also have contracts with them. I have contracts for termites, carpenter ants and blanket pest control. There may be cheaper companies but they can’t do as good of work as Western.

They are great. There’s a guy called Tom Bautz and he just follows the project through until its right. They are a really great company. They are excellent. I just pay once a year for each of the services and I don’t remember how much it is. They are very reliable. If there’s a problem, they will work on it until it’s fixed. They are just a terrific company. The guy Tom Bautz is so conscientious and I’m not sure if he is in charge of all the workman or not. He’ll do anything to make everything right. The rest of the office is terrific too. My dealings have been mainly with Tom. They are just a fabulous company and I’ve been with them for years. My dad uses them and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I would use their services again in the future.

They were very good. They came, gave us a quote, we got a few other estimates, and decided to use them. They were clean, efficient, and verified he was putting holes in acceptable places.

We have a contract with them. We haven't any problems so it is working out for us.
