I would definitely recommend them they get all A's.

I pay my bill online. At one point we had three cell phones but we now only have two. I forget how many minutes we have but we always wind up with minutes left each month when we pay our bill. I've had no problems. We've always had the same cell phone that we started out with and its fine. My husband pays the bills. I was one of the people who didn't believe in having a cell phone and thought why pay one more bill. When we get stuck out on the road and have a vehicle issue like a dead battery it is important to have a cell phone. It happened to me shortly after I had purchased my vehicle in 2006. I had got in my car and heard a thud and the gas pedal fell off. I needed a tow to the dealer and in that case I was very glad that I had a cell phone. It's a must I feel for people. Sometimes Verizon can be a bit of a nuisance. They want to trade the original cell and get a new one with more minutes and better service. They know that if we want a new cell phone, we are going to go into the nearest Verizon and pick one out ourselves. If we have a problem we call but we've never really told them that we want a new cell phone. What we have is fine for our use and I personally don't think the price is bad.

I have a lot of complaints and I filed a complaint with the FCC about their service. Basically we didn't have national call assistance carrier and we had my wife's mother visiting from Hong Kong and they didn't actually block my number but if I make a long distance phone call and I didn't have a package, I was charged an extremely high rate per minute. They charged me at least 10 times more than any other provider would charge for the same amount of calls. After I filed a complaint only then they gave me my money back. I don't mind paying but they should charge reasonable rates and not $4 per minute which they charged. They are trying to rip you off by charging you a lot and that is ridiculous and the part that I didn't like.
