Bruce took care of everything! After trying to snake the problem to no avail, he recommended we cut and replace the old pipe with PVC. Smart decision as the old drain was totally impacted!! He spent three hours here and was clean, courteous, patient, and informative. I would definitely use them again!

By far the best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had.
Company was very responsive and accommodating from the first phone call. Trano re-arranged existing appointments to move up our appointment and fix a leaking pipe in the powder room that was holding up other renovations happening at the house.
In addition, they provided estimates on pipe replacement in our basement where some of our copper pipes are reaching their end of life. Estimate was very competitive and the project will go to Trano when we pull the trigger on it.
Overall, a very professional company from the office personnel to the technicians that provided quality work and will be my go to company for all future needs.

After several less-than-positive experiences with plumbing companies, I have to say the folks at Trano were terrific. Craig Trano was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Scheduling can be difficult, but Craig worked with us to make certain everything would be done in a timely manner. When a plumbing emergency popped up prior to the scheduled date, he came over immediately and corrected the problem. He took great care to protect the work area and cleaned up well when the job was done. When parts were needed, Bruce Trano brought them right over so the project would not be delayed. We couldn't have been more pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Trano Plumbing.
