S&S Hardwood Flooring

Scott came to do an estimate and  promised to get back with a proposal in 2 weeks. The proposal was never sent. He never responded to multiple E-mails and phone calls.
This was very disappointing since he previously did floor refinishing for us and our daughter. He did excellent work and we wanted him to do additional work for us.
We have since gotten estimates from others and will probably choose a different contractor.

left messages, but no return call

Scott estimated and performed the job on time, as promised. He worked through a weekend to avoid further inconvenience for us. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the the final result.

never called back after first conversation

They were always on time, and they always got right to work. They were accommodating to my schedule, although they wouldn't work weekends. Their prices were very reasonable.

I tried contacting this company twice to request an estimate to have some hardwood floors refinished. I left two messages over a period of several weeks and never received a call back.

The job was done as promised at a fair price with an excellent result. We were very pleased and definitely will engage him in the future.

I just bought a 62 year old house and wanted the hardwood floors to look as good as new. I got 4 estimates. S&S was a little on the high end, but not the highest. The job was started and finished on time over a period of 4 days. The living room was in pretty bad shape, and the floors covered by carpet were an unknown. S&S did a very good job on the floors and their price was competitive. The only mild disappointment was that some of the stain was uneven between 2 rooms, but otherwise the floors look great. I am quite satisfied with the job S&S did.

It went perfectly. We chose this contractor because he was the only one who could get the job done between the time that we closed on our house and the time that we would be showing up with our moving van. When we got other estimates, we were told that it would take between 9 and 12 days from start to finish. This guy used some newer stains and worked long hours to get the job done within the 5 days between our closing and our move-in date. And the floors look terrific. We would definitely recommend him.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GREAT. HE ALSO STAYED WITH IN HIS ESTIMATE.
