I am an orchid enthusiast. I have had a Four Seasons Sunroom for at least 20 years. Back in '09 I had the glass replaced. Both the installation and window replacement were done by Four Seasons of Paramus, NJ. This year I noticed a gasket that was slipping out of the joint between the roof of the house and the sunroom addition. To my dismay, I discovered that Four Seasons Paramus no longer was in operation. When I looked up another dealer, I found one in Denville, NJ. "Chuck" told me he couldn't do the job cause he didn't come down past the Passaic River. I wasn't in his territory. But a Mr. Tom Olah had a franchise in Greenbrook and I would be in "good hands" with Tom. A call resulted in an appointment to which he never showed. A second call had the same outcome. I left phone messages and he had my e-mail (due to a request to "see a picture" of the loose gasket which I had provided and he assured me he had received.) Subsequent calls went to voice mail and were never answered. During a second call to "Chuck" to find out what had happened to "good hands" Tom, I was told that he (Chuck) would return my call after "reaching out" to Tom. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. I found NJ sunrooms additions on line. My request was answered within 48 hours. The representative, Paul, also asked for pictures, sent a quote and we made an appointment. Paul was on time, pleasant, worked efficiently and gave me a 2 year warranty on the job! The job was relatively small, but my sunroom has a carport beneath and the height makes work on it a little dicey, so I am sure the price was commensurate with the difficulty quotient. Epilog: I WILL NEVER CALL OR RECOMMEND FOUR SEASONS SUN ROOMS AGAIN!!!!! BUT, if you want a good job done by a professional rep. I know I can call NJ Sunroom Additions by Home Energy Upgrades USA.
