Great experience.  We had to work with them a bit to get it scheduled due to trying to fit it in around other jobs they were doing in the area, but once we got it scheduled it went well.  They had some issues with their equipment, but were able to get it cleared up and complete the job during the originally scheduled appointment.  The room has definitely benefited from the insulation during these cold winter months.

They did a great job.  They did exactly what they were supposed to do.  The price was right.  They were professional and prompt.  If I need more foam I would turn to them.

Very knowledgeable.  Took the time during his in home estimate to explain the process of installation and the pros and cons of all types of foams.  Crew was very nice and did a good job cleaning up at the end.  Would highly recommend.

Henry is great and they were extremely professional and punctual; they did a great job!  If anyone is thinking about spray foam, Foam People should be their first call!

Foam People were very responsive. They made time to consult with us the same day we called to schedule a consultation, and we received the estimate (and a revised estimate) shortly there after. Our rep., Steve, was very easy to talk to. He encouraged questions and explained the state of the industry in clear terms, trying his best to compare the real-world performance of spray foam vs. more traditional types of insulation.
Once our attic had a floor, easier access, and light, we had a second consultation with Steve to eliminate any on-the-job surprises and to learn what prep work, if any, needed to be done prior to job start. We did experience a little difficulty getting a hold of our Foam People rep. to schedule the job after receiving the estimate, however once we managed to get a hold of him he was as responsive as he was initially.
The two-and-a-half-day job went well and was completed ahead of schedule. The techs were courteous and explained every part of the process. They took their time setting up and cleaning up each day, and informed us when work was to start, when it was to stop, etc. Due to the nature of installation, techs work in shifts and take breaks, so this information was appreciated.
We are very happy with Foam People and their work, and will use them again when applicable. Spray foam insulation is more expensive than other insulation materials, but it is very, very effective. Without it, our roof would not be as well insulated and we would not have as much usable space. When the outside temperature is in the 90's, our attic has never been more than 10 degrees warmer than the second floor; usually it is within +/- 5 degrees. We also don't waste energy melting the snow on our roof.

First the crew removed existing fiberglass insulation which was in poor condition. Then about four inches of new foam was applied in the crawl space and the old fiberglass was cleaned up and bagged as requested. The service was as expected and we are very happy with how the foam is keeping the room warmer than it had been in previous winters. 

Foam People Inc. were very knowledgeable about spray foam insulation. Their price was very good as well. They were able to fit my Attic insulation job in very quickly.

They quoted a price during the estimate and because the job got harder when they got here, they changed the price. There was just a confusion on the quote which disappointed me. However, the foam itself worked out very good. They stand by their product. Steve was very good with following up with me and he would come out to make sure everything was ok, which I appreciated. Even though the pricing was an issue, the price was much better than some people quoted. The job was very satisfactory and still way below most people. I think people should just get their pricing and make sure they go over it, and that they are clear on the price.

They were very responsive from the start, squeezing in a visit for an estimate late on a Friday afternoon. They were very patient with questions, and made sure their answers were clear and understood. Our job ultimately spanned 1.5 days, which was a little shorter than originally expected. The installers were consistently considerate, doing what they had to do with as little intrusion as possible, while voluntarily informing us of their progress. While there is always room for improvement, I'm cannot think of anything that Foam People could have improved with regards to our job.

Henry came on Friday night to give us an estimate and we discussed it over the weekend and he was able to have his crew onsite on Monday morning. they did an excellent job, neat, clean, polite, and responsive.

It was an one day job. They came out and replaced my installation with a green friendly product. The product was called a Closed Cell spray foam insulation. They sprayed 4 inches on the ceiling and 3 inches on the walls. Steve and Henry (as well as mark and Donte) were professional and were extremely knowledgeable. After receiving several bids, their skills and made my choice easy. Also they were very detail oriented and made sure everything was completed to meet their high standards. Along with the work completed on my attic they installed rim Joice insulation in my basement.
