One of the Benninger sons came in with an assistant to grout our leaking shower stall. The shower was leaking into the floor and so everytime we showered, it rained in our living room!. they identified the problem immediately and grouted our shower stall from top to bottom. They said we needed to do it every 2 years, but looking at it now at almost the 2 year point, i'd say i could easily go another 6-8 months before it needs attention again. Very professional and competent. We have called Benninger again a year later to fix our dishwasher which was falling off the counter top. He came in an completed the job real quick. He was so thorough that he even cleaned out the back of the dishwasher which apparently had leaked water at some point and had stains.

Great! They came and walked through the job with us and always asked for our input. The finial product was impeccable. Overall a seamless experience.

The workers arrived when scheduled. I needed an old electric stove removed from a summer kitchen for a basement remodel. They removed it and brought it to the curb for pick up. I had a friend who was giving me her much newer stove as a replacement but it needed to be picked up. They went to her home and brought it back to my basement. The workers offered to connect the new stove as hard wired as the first but I opted to have a new electric outlet put in by my contractor in the renovation. The workers were efficient, demonstrated knowledge for the work and very professional. I would recommend them completely. I cannot recall the exact amount of the service but I remembered that it was reasonable.

Benninger and Sons really impressed me. They were very punctual, extremely courteous and professional. They replaced some wood shingles and gutter pipes that had fallen during Hurricane Sandy. They did the job quickly, and even let us know that they saw some problem spots on our roof (they are not roofers and had nothing to gain by inspecting the roof). The price was fair. I would definitely use them again for odd jobs.

When we discovered our 35-year-old bay window was rotting on the bottom and between the windows, we again called on the Benninger sons. They did an excellent job, replaced the wood, caulked around the windows, primed the wood, and came back the next day to paint the finish coat. They also repaired a chest which had a stuck lid. I've been very pleased with the quality of work and with their professionalism. I would definitely hire them again.

Their services are some kind of expensive but the quality of their work is excellent. They actually do their jobs beyond your expectations and that is why I will continue to use their services again in the future.

I thought that their estimate was too high. The estimate was free. I will consider them for a future quote.

They were good. They were responsive. They were on time. One of the things that they did had some problems and they came back immediately to fix it. It seems to be okay now. They did what they said they were going to do. They were fast and efficient. We had a good experience with them. I would definitely recommend them. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Sweetest two guys. Clearly educated, bright, well mannered. Punctual and precise. Knew just what to do.
They charge a lot but it's well worth it. Perhaps you do get what you pay for.

I cannot rave enough about Mr. Benninger and his company. I called him with my emergency request about my falling shutter on a Wednesday because we were having a party at my house the upcoming Saturday. Somehow they squeezed me in to a time slot (usually the lead time is a few weeks out) and came on Friday to repair my shutter until they could replace it with a new one. It looked great for the party and I am extremely thankful to them for their hard work. They have done additional work for me in the past that I have been just as pleased with. They are always professional and absolutely a treat to work with.

I gave them a list of six or seven things that needed to be fixed, like gaps that were left when a floorboard heating units were put in that were shorter than the old ones, removing a gate on the deck, fixing a rail in the bathroom, etc that type of thing.

Everything they have done has been excellent. They are very professional and show up on time. They return all phone calls and are great to work with. Their price is a little high but the work done is great. I would recommend them to others.

They came on time on the day we agreed to for the work, and it all looks great. They suggested adding additional new crossbeams under the flooring, and also suggested adding more support at the foot of the stairs. I had them do the extra work, and that is why the final cost was $2125. They were very polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

When I called, Mr. Benninger said that they were very busy but would try to fit my job in between others if they had time. On the appointed day, I stayed home all day but nobody arrived and I didn't hear from them. I waited patiently and two weeks later I sent an email asking what happened. By coincidence(?) within an hour, Mr. Benninger (the Son), called to say he was coming to do the job right away. It turned out to be a difficult job to drill out the old screws and make deeper holes for the new ones. It took him about 45 mins. Probably it would have been easier and he would have had less broken drill bits if he had brought along the correct heavy duty ones. Anyway, he was very friendly and polite and charged what had been quoted. He promised to find out what happened about the original appointment. I received an email the next day saying that his father had told me that they would only come if there was time. Still, he agreed that someone should have contacted me that day.

Closets were installed on the date planned. The work was well done. There were no hitches, and we are satisfied with the results. We will definitely have them again for any other work needed in the house.

THEY DO REALLY, REALLY GOOD WORK, BUT THEY ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE HAVING THEM DO ANY WORK AROUND YOUR HOUSE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE WORK, BUT WE DID HAVE TO WAIT QUITE SOME TIME FOR THEM TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE OF THEIR FULL SCHEDULE. THEY DO COST MORE THAN OTHERS, BUT THE WORK IS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY.

EVERYTIME I'VE HAD THEM OUT TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME, IT'S BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY ARE A-1 TO ME. THEY ALWAYS COME OUT WITH THE PROPER TOOLS AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE PROMPTLY. PART OF OUR COST IS THAT WE BOUGHT THE DOORS THROUGH THEM.
