American Plumbing & Contracting LLC is a family owned and operated business since 1975 which was formally known as W.R. Wells Corp. We might have changed our name but not our standards of delivering excellent courteous service with a depth of knowledge that is unsurpassed by anyone else in the industry. Our goal is to deliver the most complete package for our customers. We are a smaller and more personal company and only work through personal referrals. We are looking for relationships not just customers. We also work with subcontractors who have the same philosophy. Service calls are a C.O.D. format . We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Larger contracted jobs will have terms and a invoicing schedule on the proposal. We prefer checks with these larger jobs. Additional email - [email protected].

"Hi [Member Name Removed] I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with the service call charge for the work we performed. I remember I sent Andy to your shop to do some work on your sink and he told me that he had to go to the supply house to get the part and how much time he spent working on it (1.5 hours) so that's why the charge was $225 plus the part. We've always had a good working relationship and I feel bad for what happened. You and [Member Name Removed] are very nice people and never questioned my charges before. My service call rate is $150 for the first hour plus parts. I would like to make things right between us so when you need service I will come myself and take care of it for you and discount my rate to $100 for the service call.
