Having previously used a larger outfit that operated with a “yearly” service plan/contract we came across Hamid @ Triple H Pest Services via recommendation. I could immediately get a sense of pride and workmanship as it was a breath of fresh air to work with an owner operator vs a corporate outfit. One example I brought to his attention from my last vendor was the nonsense I encountered where they came for a treatment in the winter with a few inches of snow/ice on the ground and sub freezing temps which was just a way to send me a bill and check a box. Hamid is an expert in his craft as he not only laid out a plan for TRUE pest control including preventative maintenance to address future problems. I mentioned that I think there were some mice in the house as we were doing renovations in the winter with contractors coming in and out of the house & garage. Hamid found some areas around the perimeter of the house where they can infiltrate and set traps to mitigate. Within days they were gone not a trace since vs the ultra expensive previous method of poison bait boxes that were positioned around my home to no success. In addition he also assisted with an ala carte service for something we unexpectedly encountered this summer with murder hornets creating nests in our newly landscaped back yard. He quickly identified the problem areas & remediated them for a very fair price including a follow up to ensure they were taken care of. As a homeowner, having the ability to work with a true professional provides a peace of mind. He lets you know exactly what he is doing and the results follow as you can actually see the work being done. Having the ability to work from home I can attest the work is being done and results are fantastic. I could not recommend him enough.
