 + 0 moreEverything went well- even though the tanks were compromised- its better to find out and be able to rectify the situation. The cost was as quoted and there were no surprises.
Description of Work: I am selling a house in North Bergen; I live out of state & was not aware of the oil tank inspection and/or removal requirement. I subsequently contacted Eco Logic & they set up a time to do the inspection. They arrived at the specified time & did the probe inspection & took soil samples & within a day or two had the results which they emailed to me.
