Corvelli sent two men to clean the ducts in both my AC and heating systems. They took about 3 hours, were very tidy and clean, and extremely curious. I had neglected in advance to notify them of an allergy that I had to the disinfecting agents that they used, and when I discovered my mistake, they completely remediated the cleaning agent with attention to detail and courteous concern. To remove the cleaning smell (which itself was pleasant smelling, though I was allergic to it) they were here for an extra 3 hours and did not charge me for that extra time, spraying and wiping down each duct twice, and they even went so far as to repair my old ceiling fan in order to help circulate the air in my house to remove any residual smell. They will be returning tomorrow free of charge just to check up on the job and to turn off my attic fan for me (which is quite old and difficult to control). Regarding the cleaning of the ducts, I watched their procedures which seemed thorough.

Corvelli was able to come to my house on the day I called. They showed me what they were doing to take care of the problem. They also called to follow-up about two weeks later and made a return visit to see how remedy was working. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends.

They kept their appointment sprayed alot around the outside and inside of the house and got rid of the yellow jacket nest problem.

Good even if expensive. Only negative was left dirty marks on carpet and nobody spoke good English, this made discussing questions about things on the day impossible.

We received a call within an hour of placing the request on Service Magic. Bill was very polite and professional. He came very quickly, on a Sunday to provide a one time service. He gave us some tips to prevent future bug problems. We will see how effective the treatment was within the next week or two. Overall we were very satisfied with the responsiveness.

What a nice guy Bill Corvelli is. No big time company pitch with full year maintenance contracts etc... he came out, addressed my problem, chatted with my husband and off he went. There is definately something to be said for using the "local" guy. Hopefully no more pests for me, but if I do, I will call Bill Corvelli.
